Make sure that it is not necessary for you to put out a large sum of money in the beginning. Most reputable invention submission services will not charge a large fee, if they charge one at all.
By being diligent in your research you can find out for sure if the invention company that you are looking into is reputable or not. By avoiding the duds and going with the legitimate companies, you will help raise the chances of being successful by submitting your invention to the masses.
